In the morning yin yoga class, the atmosphere is calm and soothing, with soft, natural light filtering into the space. We begin with slow, mindful breathing to set a peaceful tone, allowing you to fully arrive in the present moment. Each posture is gentle yet deep, designed to target connective tissues and release tension. By the end, you’ll feel deeply stretched, calm, and centered.

Rooted in Vinyasa and Ashtanga, my teaching blends dynamic sequences with mindful breathwork. We flow through asanas with intention, linking breath to movement to create a moving meditation that grounds and energizes. I value the power of community, fostering spaces to connect, grow, and support one another while nurturing the unity of our soul with the universal soul.

During a very dark period of my life, kundalini yoga pulled me out of depression, and somatic movement reconnected me with my body, teaching me to release chronic tension. Now, my mission is to guide you to break free from limitations and foster deep healing through breath and intuitive movement.

During my Vinyasa classes, you can expect emphasis on connecting with your inner self, but always being reminded to enjoy and have fun. We break down each asana step by step, emphasising proper alignment and mindful transitions.

Having encountered Yoga some years ago, I have been using it to help me be able to slowdown and breath. Using it to connect with the body whilst being conscious of the mind and discovering their inextricable relation. During my classes the attention is on the breath, slow, steady and connected with each movement, so that the mind become more calm while the body moves.’
