Yin
Experience tranquility and relaxation
Yin Yoga focuses on long-held passive poses, typically lasting 3 to 5 minutes. Targeting deep connective tissues promoting flexibility and joint mobility. Balance the body's energy by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, making it highly effective for relaxation and stress relief.
Yin Yang
Yin Yang is an all-levels class that blends stillness and movement to create balance in both body and mind. Starting with gentle, grounding yin poses to open the body and calm the nervous system, the class then moves into a more dynamic yang flow to build strength and energy.
Restorative
Restorative focused on deep relaxation and nervous system reset. Using props to fully support the body in longer-held poses, this class offers a space to slow down, release tension, and restore a sense of calm. It's a nourishing experience designed to help you reconnect inward and cultivate stillness in both body and mind.
Release Flow
Release Flow, blends somatic movement, breathwork, and meditation to bring you back to
your body and the present moment freeing up from stress. Through gentle, intuitive movement, guided breathing, and deep observation, you’ll learn how to cultivate a lasting sense of calm, clarity, and connection—leaving you cantered and deeply rooted.
Balancing Kundalini
Release anxiety and reduce stress
Balancing Kundalini is designed to help release anxiety, ease nervousness, and reduce stress. Through dynamic upper-body movements, breathwork, and chanting, this class rebalances your nervous system, leaving you grounded, centered, and restored.
Dynamic Kundalini
Awaken your spiritual energy
Dynamic Kundalini is a transformative practice to overcome insecurity, self-doubt, and difficult emotions. Combining powerful breathwork, dynamic movements, meditation, and cultivate confidence, clarity, and emotional balance.
Harmony Flow
Inspired by Ayurveda, this Vinyasa class helps balance the three doshas—Vata (air & space), Pitta (fire & water), and Kapha (earth & water). Each class focuses on one energy force, using flows that ground, cool, or energize the body, mind and soul. Move in harmony with your natural rhythms and cultivate strength, flexibility, and awareness.
Morning Flow
Morning Flow is an all-levels class designed to gently awaken your body and mind. This energizing sequence combines mindful movement with breathwork, easing you into your day with intention and clarity. Expect a grounding yet uplifting flow that builds heat gradually, offering variations to suit your energy level.
Grounding Flow
Grounding Flow is a slow, steady Vinyasa practice that invites you to root into breath, body, and presence. Gentle yet intentional, this class blends fluid movement with calming pauses to create a sense of ease, balance, and inner stillness.
Pre & Postnatal Yoga
Pre & postnatal Yoga focuses on breath awareness, pelvic floor engagement, and mindful movement to support your changing body, ease common discomforts, and cultivate a deep connection with your baby. Expect to train, move, and build strength safely while also finding moments for relaxation and self-care. Suitable for all trimesters and postpartum stages.
Hatha
Rooted in tradition, Hatha offers a balanced practice of asana, breathwork, and mindfulness. Through steady, intentional movements and longer-held postures, you will cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner awareness. Perfect for all levels, Hatha yoga invites you to slow down, tune in, and create harmony between body and mind.
Vinyasa

Vinyasa is an all-levels class designed to meet you wherever you are on your yoga journey. Offering a dynamic flow that balances foundational poses with more advanced options, allowing you to choose what feels best for your body. This class encourages growth at your own pace in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Empowered Vinyasa
Deepen your practice
Empowered Vinyasa combines strength-building and flexibility-enhancing sequences with a focus on mindful movement. This invigorating class invites you to challenge yourself while staying grounded in the purpose of yoga as a moving meditation. Leave the mat feeling strong, centered, and connected to both your body and your breath.
Core Flow
Core Flow is an all-levels class designed to build strength, stability, and confidence from the inside out. Through intentional movement and focused breathwork, this energizing flow targets the core while integrating full-body awareness. Options are offered throughout to meet you where you are and challenge you where you’re ready to grow.
Advanced Vinyasa (Detroit)
A strong, breath-led practice inspired by the dynamic Vinyasa style developed in Detroit. This energizing class begins with guided sequences to build heat, strength, and rhythm — then shifts into a self-paced flow where you move in sync with music, breath, and your own intuition. Expect powerful transitions, creative sequencing, and space to deepen your personal practice. Best suited for students with Vinyasa experience.
Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing
This class invites you into deep rest through the combination of guided meditation and sound vibration. Yoga Nidra is a practice of conscious rest, where you lie down and are gently guided into stillness.
As your body unwinds, the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and the gong create a peaceful atmosphere. Together, these practices offer a space to recharge and simply be.
Circular Breathing Journey
Experience the revitalizing effects of Circular Breathing, a conscious breathwork practice that helps you reconnect with your body and calm the mind. Through flowing, continuous breath cycles, this method supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and renewed inner energy.
This powerful session guides you into a deeply relaxed state, fostering emotional balance, mental stillness, and a grounded sense of well-being.

Psychedelic Breath®
In this session, we’ll use a gentle yet powerful, rhythmic breathing technique paired with well-curated electronic music to guide you into an altered state of consciousness. This is a space to release, reconnect, and remember the healing intelligence that already lives inside you.
No experience needed—just your breath & your presence.
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a powerful and safe breathwork practice that is not recommended for the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or current panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing).

We begin with slow, mindful breathing to set a peaceful tone, allowing you to fully arrive in the present moment. Each posture is gentle yet deep, designed to target connective tissues and release tension. By the end, you’ll feel deeply stretched, calm, and centered.
