Yes we do! You can find all bundle deals on our booking page.
Do I need prior experience?
No, our classes are inclusive to all. Previous experience is not necessary. We do however recommend reading the class descriptions on the booking page to see which one is the best fit. Empowered classes may be difficult for beginners.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
No, our studio provides all the equipment you need. From mats to props.
Do you offer trauma informed yoga?
Yes we do. This type of class is available upon request.

What if I need to cancel a class that I have booked?
You can always cancel a class however we ask that you kindly do so 12 hours prior. All cancellations within this timeframe will be refunded.

Do you offer classes in other languages?
Our yoga classes are generally conducted in English however our instructors can also speak Italian and Russian. If you would like to attend a non-english led class, send us a message and we would be happy to accommodate you.
Do you offer chair/office yoga classes in the workplace
Yes we do. Upon request our instructors can come to your workplace and teach a class of office/chair yoga.
Chair Yoga, or Office Yoga, is a gentle form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for support. ​It is accessible to all fitness levels and can be done in small spaces, making it ideal for workplace wellness or for those seeking a low-impact, convenient way to stay active and mindful during the day.

What are the opening hours?
We do not have set opening hours. Please see our class schedule on the homepage or follow our Instagram to keep updated on available classes.
Do you have changing facilities?
Yes, we have an area to change. So whether you are coming straight from work or got caught in the rain. We have you covered.
Can I book through the Class Pass App?
Yes! We you can also find us on Class Pass. All instructors can be found under The OMnia Studio however please note instructor Mila has a separate class pass account.
