You’ll be guided through a sound healing journey with various instruments. The vibrations help you shift from thinking to feeling: out of the mind and into the body. In this space of presence, it becomes easier to connect with what’s alive in you. This may bring clarity, emotion, insight, memories or inspiration: whatever is ready to move through.

From that space, you’ll move into intuitive drawing. Sound often touches parts of us that words can't quite reach. Through intuitive drawing, you’re invited to give form to those inner movements, allowing them space and expression on paper.

You’re free to create and explore in any way that feels true. There’s no right or wrong, and no outcome to reach.
