++ Feminine Flow Yoga

A fluid, heart-led yoga practice, combining elements of Vinyasa and intuitive movement. Inspired by the cycles of nature and feminine wisdom, this session will awaken your body, free your breath, and guide you into embodied presence. All levels are welcome.
